What data does the guest need to provide?

What is the typical turnaround time?
From receipt of guest data to completed longevity blueprint, turnaround is 10 to 14 business days. For properties with on site diagnostic partnerships, we coordinate timing to ensure the blueprint is ready before or shortly after departure.
Can we integrate our own services into the blueprint recommendations?
Yes. During the program design phase, we map your existing wellness offerings (spa treatments, nutrition programs, fitness classes, diagnostic services) into the recommendation framework. When a guest blueprint identifies relevant areas, your services appear as recommended next steps.
What about liability and clinical responsibility?
Axiom provides strategic interpretation and educational guidance, not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All deliverables include clear disclaimers. Your property carries no clinical liability. We recommend guests consult healthcare providers for medical decisions, and we provide documentation to support that boundary.
How is pricing structured?
Axiom charges a flat fee of approximately $1,500 per guest analysis. Properties typically mark up 50 to 100 percent, with the guest paying $2,500 to $3,000 for the complete experience. There are no development costs, technology fees, or minimum commitments. You pay per analysis delivered.
